Opal & Oath Concierge Nursing is based in Dallas, GA and delivers RN-led in-home care within a 30-mile radius, covering Paulding County, west metro Atlanta, Cobb County, Douglas and Carroll counties, and much of the greater Atlanta area, often within 60 minutes, subject to nurse availability. We are glad to see clients outside that 30-mile radius as well, with an additional travel fee quoted before you book.

Simple, upfront pricing. Care within 30 miles of Dallas, GA is covered by your standard visit rate. For locations beyond 30 miles, or for late-night and after-hours visits, a transparent travel or after-hours fee applies, always quoted before we book, never a surprise.
