How In-Home Concierge Care Works
1. Reach Out
Call or text (470) 762-9712. We talk through what is going on, your goals, and any questions, no crowded waiting room required.
2. Consultation & Intake
You complete a quick, secure DocuSign intake form so we understand your health history, medications, and needs.
3. Medical Director Approval
Our Medical Director reviews your intake and approves a care plan tailored to you, so every treatment is safe and appropriate.
4. Your Nurse Arrives
A licensed, insured registered nurse comes to your home, hotel, or office, often within 60 minutes (subject to nurse availability), and delivers your care one-on-one.
What to Expect
Every visit is private, unhurried, and fully HIPAA-compliant. Your nurse checks your vital signs, reviews your plan, and delivers care with the same attention we would give our own family. All Opal & Oath nurses are licensed and insured in the State of Georgia and overseen by our Medical Director.
