Michelle Bower, RN, BSN, CCM
COO
Nursing has been more than a profession for me. It has been my calling since 2008. For over 18 years, I have had the privilege of caring for patients across a wide range of healthcare settings, always with one goal in mind: providing compassionate, personalized care that helps people feel safe, supported, and empowered.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and am a Certified Case Manager (CCM), allowing me to combine exceptional clinical care with expert coordination of complex healthcare needs. I am also licensed to practice in more than 40 states, giving me the ability to serve clients with the highest standards of care across much of the country.
As Chief Operating Officer of Opal & Oath Concierge Nursing, I believe healthcare should be convenient, discreet, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Whether providing post-operative care, wellness services, chronic disease management, IV therapy, or patient advocacy, my approach is rooted in professionalism, clinical excellence, and genuine compassion.
Outside of nursing, I am the proud mother of a teenage son who inspires me every day to lead with integrity, resilience, and purpose. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and that same level of care and dedication is what I bring to every client I serve.

Hi, I’m Lauren, a nurse with over a decade of experience in emergency, trauma, home health, and hospice care. I was born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania, and became a registered nurse at the age of 19. Since then, I’ve devoted myself to delivering compassionate care, driven by a deep sense of empathy and a passion for improving the lives of my patients.
Outside of my career, I’m a proud mother to two beautiful girls who keep me grounded and inspire me to always be my best. I love reading and crocheting, activities that help me relax and recharge in my downtime.
One of the most incredible chapters of my life began during my time as a travel nurse in Northern Minnesota, where I met my best friend and now co-owner. Faith and divine timing brought us together, and we quickly realized that we were meant to build something extraordinary. This led to the creation of Opal & Oath Concierge Nursing, LLC, a concierge nursing service that merges our years of experience with our shared commitment to providing exceptional, compassionate, personalized care to each client.

Dr. Alexander Moore, our Medical Director, is a dedicated physician with over a decade of medical experience and a steadfast commitment to improving the lives of his patients. Known for his compassionate approach and attention to detail, he believes that quality care begins with genuine connection and trust. Dr. Moore brings his expertise and heart to every patient encounter, ensuring each individual receives the highest standard of personalized care. Outside of medicine, he values time spent with his wife and children, finding balance and inspiration in family life that further fuels his passion for helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
